About Alchemy HR

Alchemy HR was created by Director Kirstie Quinnin (formerly Doyle) in 2007 to support the growth of your socially aware business through the development of sound and effective HR practices. Socially aware businesses cross all sectors and industries and have one overall goal in common, creating positive social change. In order to create this change, you need to understand, harness and energise the support of the people working for you be that employees, consultants, temporary workers or volunteers. Only with the full support and effective contribution of these people will you achieve your key strategic goals.

With experience in delivering HR solutions to both public and private sector organisations and in emerging and established companies, Alchemy HR can provide a vital service which will enable your organisation to galvanise the support of people working for you. About Kirstie Quinnin, Managing Director Alchemy HR

Kirstie has a thorough grounding in all areas of HR and expertise in Performance Management, Managing Change and Leadership Development. Kirstie has worked with public and private sector organisations (The British Council, The British Library, The Learning Trust, Genesys) providing guidance and support at an individual and an organisational level. She has managed HR departments and given expertise to Executive Teams in developing strategic goals and delivered aligned HR strategy to contribute to the overall business strategy.

Kirstie’s style is practical, responsible and informal. She seeks to understand the exact nature of the business, its true values and beliefs and how each business aims to make an impact.

The advice and support she offers on motivating staff through communication, systems and skills development enables leaders to make fair and thoughtful decisions about people in the day to day and strategic direction of the business.
